In keeping with Fenway Health's commitment to care for the whole person, behavioral health is a fundamental part of our primary care model. We offer individual, group, couple, and family therapy; psychiatric consultation; and addiction services. We're seeking a talented Psychiatrist to serve as member of multidisciplinary team providing services to an adult, primarily LGBTQ, outpatient population.

Typical duties include: performing psychiatric evaluation and direct psychopharmacological services.

  • Completion of an approved ACGME residency in Psychiatry
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry or Neurology
  • Experience with, or interest in, the LGBTQ community, HIV, trauma, and substance abuse
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals
  • Experience working in an ethnically, culturally, and racially diverse environment preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/ English and women encouraged to apply
