PHYSICIANS (IM/FP) $271,260-$284,820 annual (Time-Limited Board Certified) $257,676-$270,564 annual (Lifetime Board Certified) Also offering a competitive compensation package, including: *40 hour workweek-affords you true work-life balance *Secure State of California pension that vests in five years *Robust 401(k) and 457 retirement plans (tax defer up to $48K per year) Under the direction of the RegionalDeputy Medical Executive, you will complete peer review evaluations on physician and advanced practice providers working in the institutions; prepare and present educational materials; coach and mentor new physicians and advanced practice providers; assist with residents, medical students, and fellows undertaking elective rotations within the institutions; assist with the evaluation of high priority practice concerns;and participate in direct patient care as assigned, including Physician On-Call and/or Medical Officer of the Day. Extensive travel to institutions within the regional area is required.
