Charles E. Smith Life Communities (CESLC), the Mid-Atlantic’s premier provider of geriatric services, is seeking a full time physician for its growing outpatient medical practice, Hirsh Health Center. 

The primary purpose of this position will be to provide high quality medical care at the Hirsh Health Center in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility and as may be directed by the Medical Director and to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. This position also includes a small house call practice on the same campus which will be part of this physician’s responsibilities. There will be minor administrative tasks included in this positions. 

Join a team of eight other employed physicians providing a variety of services including but not limited to long term care, post-acute rehabilitation, podiatry and outpatient care to CESLC residents and the surrounding community.  You will provide hands-on, quality medical care for our outpatient residents as well as geriatric patients from the local community. Requirements

Qualified candidates should possess Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.  Specialization in Geriatrics is desirable. Candidates should possess or plan to obtain licensure in the state of Maryland.  The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm with rotating on-call responsibilities from home.
