Division of Nephrology
The Division of Nephrology at Northwestern University is recruiting a full-time non-tenure-eligible nephrologist at the rank of Assistant Professor, on the Clinician-Educator track. Responsibilities will include: outpatient consultative and primary medical care, inpatient consultations, and care for patients receiving dialysis (both inpatient and outpatient), as well as education/teaching activities. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated excellence in teaching, possess strong clinical skills, and have an interest in and evidence of performing clinical research. Qualified applicants should hold or be eligible for medical licensure in Illinois and must possess an MD degree and be board certified/board eligible in Nephrology. Salary is commensurate with experience. The search will be ongoing until a suitable candidate is identified. The start date is negotiable and will remain open until filled.
