OPPORTUNITY:   This is a terrific opportunity to join a growing, busy hospitalist group in the beautiful community of McAllen, Texas, just 70 miles west from the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.   Ideal candidate must be Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency trained with hospitalist experience.  Must be comfortable building and nurturing working relationships with community physicians, peers and hospital staff.   H1b visa’s welcome!!

  • Flexible schedule
  • Average volume is 18 patients/day
  • No Rehab or LTACs required
  • No ICU procedures required
  • Support of intensivists and pulmonologists 24-hours/day
  • Responsible for unassigned patients out of the Emergency Department


  • Base salary guaranteed
  •   1)  Day Hospitalist:  $270k base salary, $15k Incentive Bonus, $10k Sign-On Bonus (7am-7pm)
  •   2)  Nocturnist:  $285k base salary, No Bonus, $20k Sign-On Bonus (7pm-7am)
