Academic Gastroenterologist -- Gastrointestinal Nutrition Clinician
The Division of Gastroenterology/Hepatology at the Feinberg School of Medicine of Northwestern University seeks a full-time academic gastroenterologist with a nutrition specialization at the rank of Instructor or Assistant Professor on the non-tenure eligible Clinician-Educator Track to begin Summer 2017.
Responsibilities include providing superior clinical patient care for a thriving Gastroenterology general practice. Additionally, involvement in the education of medical students, residents and fellows is expected, as well as participation in other academic activities. Qualified candidates will have their MD and be board eligible in Gastroenterology and Clinical Nutrition.
Experience in complex nutrition assessment and therapies including enteral and parenteral nutrition; as well as experience performing double balloon endoscopy required. Salary is commensurate with experience. Position will remain open until filled.
